Firstly, Visiting the factory, sample room, the workshop from "Cloud";

Secondly, New machine training. Our after-service team will have a new machine training, and then your engineer will get the technical training certification. Or headquarters technical exchanges. Now in this specially period, we can also offer you a new machine training by videos online and have a technical exchange at any time.

Thirdly, Our after-serive team will visit GBOS' customers, regular visit to the factory, and solve problem for them before. Now we will usually contact our customers and solve problems for them online.

For onsite serivice:

GBOS set many offices all over the world. Also in some areas, can achieve onsite-service and we set own team and parts warehouse in China,Indonesia, Vietnam, Combodia, Bangladesh~ and GBOS realiable partner India.
